PRICES FOR 4 PEOPLE A NIGHT
PRICES for 4 people, If they are more people, on additional 10% increase for each person.
1 More person in Type “A” 4 bedrooms and in Type “B” +10% per night
2 More people in Type “B” 4 bedrooms Block 3 +20% per night
The price is per night, mínimun 5 nights
The price decreases if the renting lasts more than 2 months.
When the renting is more than 3 months the laundry service is not included.
At the moment of the check out, a 5% disscount of the base imponible, will be applied and you will be charged with the consumed electricity and the possible damages caused.
The entry time is from 16h.
The last time to leave is 12h.
ANIMALS are NOT allowed.
When reserving you must enclose an aduance payment by banker's order to an account you will be said.
